Feel I'm learning my biggest flaw as an artist is how "left brained" I tend to be. I like trying to solve problems with math, which maybe would be fine if I wasn't drawing anime.

Think it's slowed my progress a lot so trying to change how I think but it's hard lol

I like drawing characters pretty faithfully usually but it depends on the goal of the artwork too. Both takes can be fun.

Yeah One Piece has been around for so long that no ending will satisfy everyone.

I trust Oda when he says the One Piece is a real thing but I almost do believe he'd be better off having Luffy look at the reader and say "the One Piece was the friends along the way" lmao

I got the final volume of My Dress Up Darling and there's a surprising amount of words from Fukuda-sensei that the series ended as planned.

It's kinda sad mangaka have to address fans being unsatisfied with endings but it's nice to have closing thoughts from them too.
