However enriched flour is in so many things I partly think people lose weight just from having to give up so much food or pay out the nose for organic BS.
It's nuts but we'll see how things go.
Also keep in mind I can't say I believe enriched flour is truly bad, but I am willing to try cutting it out to see if it makes a difference but it is really hard to do compared to a lot of other items.
I am still shocked what I find HFCS in sometimes but that isn't that hard to avoid.
Or try a frozen pizza for that matter. I only found 1 brand at WinCo.
Bread isn't a complete crap shoot but it's so damn frustrating.
Going to try and make tortillas and naan from scratch and freeze them for later probably.

For some time I have avoided High Fructose Corn Syrup (HFCS) if I can. I know from experience my body just has a bigger crash than other sugars.

Using TweetDelete to truly end my Twitter account is really kinda sad. I have mostly been just sitting on it so it goes nowhere but with the whole AI BS and terms change on the 15th it is time to truly kill it.
It wasn't a great social media platform but it had its strong points for a long time.
So...
