You can take most keyboards apart and swap out the broken ones but it requires soldering and the right parts. I don't recommend it for normal people but a good computer repair shop should be able to handle it.

Telling people their keyboard is broken tends causes a lot of grief that I want to avoid

I'm very sorry but it sounds like the switches under those keys are going bad if not actually broken. You can fix them but it's a pain as it's a specialized task so most people just get a new keyboard.

The greens aren't quite right. Spouse reminds me that chrome dioptase was a trendy jewelry choice in the late 80s to early 90s for indie jewelry makers. Lapidary Journal had all kinds of ads and articles about it. Could also just be fancy glass.

I'm not even sure how you'd rule it in or out.

You can facet cut jade but it's usually the cream color not the dark stuff. Although, I wonder if you're holding an amateur facet job on a stone specimen. You sure it isn't dioptase?

It looks like those dioptase specimens you see.

Something funky that isn't a gem normally unless it's cut small. Very odd green. Maybe someone facet cut jade?

So you can aim for mozzarella and end up with filled pasta instead. That seems a reasonable level of risk to practice making mozzarella.

You should go for it! You're not getting better if you don't practice.

Cheesemaking is one of those skills that you get better the more you do it.

Can you make stuff with failed cheese?

Mostly anti-money laundry training explained why doing that kind of crime is so stupid. You do money crimes and basically, you're a criminal for the rest of your life because you won't be allowed to go straight without an absolute ton of work and a lot of luck. Just shivers thinking about it.

Some prosecutor is going to make an example of her and she's going to end up on the unbanked forever list. Luck runs out with money crimes.

From my memory of anti-money laundry training, US law has a willful blindness component. You can still be charged and convicted even if you didn't know because you should have known or seen those red flags.

Cioppino and fish cakes are easy places to add. Chili works well or a basic red spaghetti sauce since they dissolve in tomato sauce. Otherwise. Smoked on crackers for snacks and on pizza as a treat.

As someone who does crochet, it's the same thing. You can block it and redistribute the tight tension across the work but it's not going to work miracles. I think we have more wiggle room than knit because of the structure of the stitches but not magic fixes.

Add some hot pepper spice when you do. It's really good on fried rice or steamed potatoes.

In this house, it's anything from the various best of Queen albums.

Spouse adores old music so a random Queen song needs to something not in the deep back catalogue. But yeah, good thing he's cute.

It's better than the disco my spouse inflicted on me while washing dishes.

He's at least very easy on the eyes.

Stash Tea had them on their website at one point but I've not been on their website in ages as I can get the couple of flavors that I like locally.

Oh that's the worst! I hope he steps on Legos with bare feet for the rest of his sorry existence. You did dodge a major thing there. Just why do they do this?

I hope you get a really fancy drink of choice as compensation from the universe. It sucks when this happens.

The two tones I see with bronze are the bell bronze (brighter, cool tones, more brass/yellow) or the statue bronze (darker, warm tones, more copper/red). I think that's what you need to know. Beloved statue, regular statue, big bell are the common colors of bronze items. I hope this helps a little.

Those are all things that are good to be true. Now if someone would handle your helicopter, you'd really be cooking. I hope you get some peace over there or someone puts sugar in the tank of the whirlybird.

Yeah, late night calls are a pretty good indicator of nonsense incoming. Never had a good call after 10 pm for any reason. I think you're dodging a bullet there. It really sucks when they pull this crap.

I seem to get the "too scared" explanation when it's really "I'm being creepy and I don't want you to call me on it." Mostly because I'm direct and very married. I don't have time for that shit. It sucks.
