For past year+ I've steadily seen trans women not get hired for jobs they would've had a shot at before, fired under some thin excuse (even when their role is badly needed/there's a shortage) or pointedly laid off first.

I've called it the quiet purge. It's happening at supposedly lefty orgs too.

@aaron.bsky.team has an obligation to enforce bluesky's community guidelines and protect the company. knowingly allowing multiple violations of community guidelines from an account that has been reported by thousands of users for these violations is putting his political bias over his own employer.
