Could Lilith be the opposite? Someone Charlie relied on so heavily, seen to be so benevolent and loving in the past. Was that true? Or was Lilith always plotting? Something darker lingering just under the surface?

This parallels with Alastor well but that’s a lesser note.

Initially Lucifer seemed like an antagonist, but we still see the angel he was in heaven. The way he tries for Charlie, the depression he feels confined to hell with evil. He’s quirky and lighthearted when not burdened by his own remorse.

This tug of war links to Charlie, as she’s a near perfect balance of the two. Kind hearted but also so prone to anger. (Her going demon when angry)

Searching for redemption, perhaps being pulled into a darker mindset as her friends and family are threatened?

And if that’s the case, is there a deity of good? Perhaps one responsible for god and creation.

They made something of their own, hid it away from Roo, until the Apple incident clued her in.
