I do industrial chemistry. I don't want to work with a cheater who doesn't know the material. If my coworker is dishonest and incompetent, they can kill a very large number of people in a lot of horrifying ways.

After extensive reflection, I am leaving immediately for Nepal, where I intend to live as a goat.
An illustration of my OC, Egg the Trans Raccoon (a blue, pink & white raccoon with a trans-flag-striped tail) laying down and looking at a small flower. They’re also wearing a flower crown in the colors of a trans flag. The illustration is soft and it says “grow into your best self” over Egg.
Happy Trans Day of Visibility! 🏳️⚧️🌸

My bad, I misinterpreted your earlier comment. I agree that The Atlantic abuse their status to lend an air of respectability to positions that don't deserve it.
Are we talking about The Atlantic or Liberal Currents? I was talking about LC. I totally agree about The Atlantic.
I pronounce it ":3"
They're opinion pieces. Is nobody allowed to take their own side in an argument?

Samples returned from the asteroid Ryugu contain all five canonical nucleobases (A, G, C, T, U). Their presence in Ryugu and Bennu supports the hypothesis that carbonaceous asteroids contributed to the prebiotic chemical inventory of early Earth. http://dlvr.it/TRWtVp ☄️

I can't verify it myself, and nobody else who knows what they're doing will check it, so I'm not risking it.
I don't even know what that is, but I generally don't trust anything that isn't either from an official source or open source. There are a million + 1 ways to fuck up internet-facing software, and I won't trust it not to blunder into anything that would get a large number of its users pwned.
