Why is #handmaidstale season 6 so bad? Some of the worst tv I've been unfortunate to watch (still in the middle so no spoilers).

Problem is, Canadians didn't reject poilievre, or more importantly, what he represents (and thanks to the good people of Carleton who actually did reject him). 43.7% L vs. 41.3% C is very bad. It's a two party system where the right will get much more trump-like

I will vote for the party that commits to NOT CUT MY TAXES. Build better public transit and affordable housing on publicly owned land throughout the country.
Also, bring on a much more robust capital gains tax to the rich.

I mean, I'm no Liberal, but she did manage to win them back party status AND got more popular vote than NDP. So I'd say in many ways she was successful to them 🤷🏻‍♂️

If we got rid of #firstpastthepost we'd have a Liberal-NDP coalition now. The new government does not reflect how people voted. PC got less than 50% of votes but over 60% of seats.
