There are lots of ways you can de-trch your school library and encourage it with your faculty. Too often librarians think we have to adopt every shiny new tech thing that comes our way, but we don't. Our job isn't to be on the cutting edge but to provide accurate and accessible resources.

Also because we ended up with a fuck ton of coders who had never taken courses in humanities or the social sciences so they created sadness/narcissm/conspiracy theory machines which have clearly been awesome for youth, democracy, and societal health.
