I loved these when they first came out (I read the fan-translations on forums before it got localised) and owned it on Vita! Let's play!!!

Happy Trans Visibility Day! ๐ณ๏ธโโง๏ธ๐
Remember to be careful when trying to be stealthy today!
I thought Frieren would be my favorite show of the Season, but I think Oshi no Ko was even better this time.
I'm sure this is in no way controversial!
Throwback to when Highguard was first revealed!
They were really hyping this thing up, huh?
Congratulations, Fifi! ๐ซ You've been doing so well this week! I'm so proud of you! I hope you are as well! ๐
See, you just have to be kind! <3

EXCUSE ME??? Written by WHO?
I would feel cynical about them doing another Eva thing, but if you got Yoko Taro and Keiichi Okabe on it, you *have* to do it!
Wow, pretty! Looks real cozy! ๐ซง
Oooh, exciting! We're getting to see you try something new! Can't wait to see it! โจ
Today I watched all the Back to the Future movies for the first time! ๐๐ What perfect trilogy! I love Doc Brown so much!
Is it a hot take that I liked Part 3 more than Part 2 though? ๐ค
In 2024 I decided to make a list of all the anime I watched that year. I wanted to better keep up with new shows and thought that's a good way to keep myself accountable.
Well, it worked, so I'm doing it again! Here's every anime I watched in 2025! โจ
thumbnail saying ONLY A SMALL DEBUT! with a silhouette of what appears to be a chibi kofi

I hope the pain goes away quickly, but we'll all be patient in waiting for you, Vivi! ๐ซ
Oh, and if you wanna see all the anime I've seen in 2024... well, here you go!
bsky.app/profile/robi...
Oh absolutely, the animation looks great! This list is just my personal opinions. And of all the recent remakes, Yaiba just doesn't appeal to me as much as Ranma 1/2, Spice & Wolf, etc.
Great list! ๐ Alright, I'll add Uma Mususme to my watchlist. 'Tis the year of the horse after all!
Also, really cool that you have some older shows on your list. I definitely need to get better at that this year...
I... I did it! That's all of them. 50 anime in one year. My goal was just 30. But there were just so many good shows. Either way, I'm proud of that number! ๐
Thank you for reading this far! I hope you found something new! And I would love to hear what you've watched in 2025! ๐งก
Honorable Mention:
Dr. Stone (Season 4)
No score, cause it's still ongoing, but the final season of Dr. Stone is a thankfully a step-up from Season 3. Overall not quite as good as the first two, but individual episodes do get there. Iโm very excited for the finale!
50. Zenshu
I *know* this anime turned some people off because it has "Isekai" written on it! A real shame, cause this actually looks and feels more like an older, pre-SAO Isekai. And being an anime original sets it apart even more from the usual light novel adaptations.
8/10
49. Zatsu Tabi: That's Journey
Just the cutest tourism ad for Japan! Jokes aside, it's actually pretty cozy and the places the cast visits are interesting and well researched. Probably because the mangaka visited them all themselves, in the same way as the main character.
6/10
48. Yaiba: Samurai Legend
Probably the weakest remake of a classic anime I've personally seen. That doesn't mean it's bad though, kinda feels like a one of those anime you'd watch after school. For when you want a classic Shonen, but with modern animation, it does the job.
6/10
47. Witch Watch
An adaptation of a gag manga. A pretty funny one, most of the time. With 25 episodes in this first season alone, you get a spread of hits and misses, but I think mostly hits. And there's also a bit of more typical shonen action, which is... kinda boring.
6/10
46. Welcome to Japan, Ms. Elf
God, this show makes Japan seem boring. Half the show is just the main characters eating food and going "Wow, this sure is good!" And the other half is them *leaving* Japan and going back to the most boring Isekai world that you will ever see.
3/10
45. Turkey! Time To Strike
Ah yes, a totally normal anime about bowling, and absolutely nothing else!
...Okay, without any spoilers: this is not just a bowling anime. There is a twist to it. Some people were probably upset by that, but I can't argue: The show is good!
7/10
44. Tokyo Godfathers
Full disclosure, this wasn't on my radar at all! Wasn't even on my watchlist. But I saw it in a Christmas movie watchalong and honestly? I get it. It's... a very kind movie, if that makes sense. It has a certain feeling that every Christmas film needs.
9/10
43. This Monster Wants to Eat Me
And this is for those who prefer their Yuri a lot more toxic! Disturbingly so sometimes, this show deals a lot with depression and survivors guilt. But it's still tragically beautiful in the way it deals with it.
Also, Miko > Shiori.
7/10
That's so interesting! I feel pretty much the opposite: I liked it at the start (although it does get a bit too ridiculously dark sometimes) and then the ending felt a bit weird to me. It just came very sudden...
