Well, I consider that high praise from you! I’ve found some awesome people in our sector. Thank you for being one of them and the right job and organisation for you is out there 🙏🏻

Sometimes non examples are all we’ve got. We know our own values set though and I often think these experiences make us even more intuitive to how other colleagues might be feeling.

Haili, thank you for sharing this. Your resilience is a well, but it shouldn’t have to be. Speaking out will give others the courage to do the same. Sadly there’s very little accountability in terms of *how* people lead.
