it's always so hard going back to normal life after christmas because every time i spend time at home i feel so loved and welcomed. i'm so incredibly lucky to have that relationship with my family. waking up every morning and being greeted with a loving "good morning!" and a lil kiss on the cheek

idk how people just live their lives and focus on themselves. all i want is closeness and to be able to come home to someone who i genuinely have a connection with, regardless of whether it's romantic or platonic. idk if thats a symptom of me avoiding my own struggles or if it's a valid need

thats why i love holidays like christmas and easter bc all of us are home and we can see each other and nothing is rushed. everything is moving slower. i dont know how to handle adult loneliness like i really dont

kinda really want a hug from my parents right now like i know i spent a whole month at home with them but i'm really really lonely in sofia, not bc i dont have anyone here but bc we're all busy and life moves so fast here
