I know that they’re trying to do the whole reference of like classic arcade DK and whatever but it’s just like was it really necessary? Did we really need to see DK jumping on girders just for the reference? I feel like I have more questions if anything because like does it imply he just goes to Brooklyn to fuck around at times? Did he never go back into the pipe at the end of the first movie? Idfk and really I just think it could’ve been cut from a relatively fine montage of Yoshi going around Brooklyn.
