In March 2025, Congress passed a continuing resolution to fund the gov through Sep30, 2025, averting a potential shutdown. the Senate and House passing a revised budget resolution for fiscal year 2025, which sets the stage for the reconciliation process and to be fast-tracked through the Senate.

The last time the republicans were in control of both houses of congress they spent all their time “investigating “ Hillary. They never found anything she did wrong. Let them investigate Biden. They won’t accomplish anything.

The last federal budget passed in Dec 2024 will need to be renegotiated by March 14,2025. Republicans will not pass a new budget unless they get what they want. Just a couple months away.
