The regime knows itโ€™s messy.
The regime knows itโ€™s flailing.
The regime knows itโ€™s unsustainable.

The regime hopes you donโ€™t believe this, because if you do,

the regime knows it will fall.

Many of us are struggling with a desperate sense of urgency while it seems so many others are asleep. It was 2.5 years from the Boston Tea Party to the Declaration of Independence. We've had 3 months. That war was won because day after day, people chose to keep going

Keep going friends. Goodnight๐Ÿ’š

๐Ÿ“ŒHold on, goddammit: If tariffs are so good for our economy, why doesn't the White House want us to see what they are actually costing us??????

National Day of Action They want to erase labor rights, break our unions, and silence immigrant voices. This May Day we are fighting back. Stand with us.

Good morning, friends โ˜•๏ธโœŠ

Today is the Day of Action before May Day (May 1st). May Day is rooted in the 1880s fight for workers' rights and the 8-hour workday.

In 2025, as Trump attacks workers & the public good, this history isnโ€™t pastโ€”itโ€™s urgent. The history being written now needs you. ๐Ÿ‘‡

Cuts to Medicaid would decimate emergency services, raise costs, & diminish reliable health care in the nation's capital.

I led a letter with @eleanornorton.bsky.social & Sen. @vanhollen.senate.gov to condemn the impact these cuts would have in our region & beyond.

it really is astounding that a presidential administration crashed the growth trajectory of the wealthiest country on the planet in basically two months

Amazon says it considered breaking out a tariff charge. The White House called it โ€˜a hostile actionโ€™ | CNN Business The White House took aggressive aim at Amazon, which confirmed Tuesday it was considering displaying the added cost of President Donald Trumpโ€™s tariffs on certain items.

Can't make this up: Amazon had plans to show Americans the cost of Trumpโ€™s tariffs, and Trump called his billionaire buddy and bullied him into backing down.

Trump is desperate to hide and cover up the Trump Tax he's imposing on all Americans. Donโ€™t let him!

@schumer.senate.gov If you turn your back on the American people and vote for the House Republicansโ€™ funding bill, we will never forgive you. If youโ€™re not capable of LEADING in these turbulent times, stand aside and let someone with more courage do it. Vote NO!!

ZERO Peaks Challenge: Eric Morrow | ZERO Prostate Cancer

โ€œYou have cancer.โ€ Those words completely changed my life. 3 1/2 years later, Iโ€™m still here. For 2025, Iโ€™m gearing up to conquer Mt Kilimanjaro for the ZERO Peaks Challenge! Help me support prostate cancer patients & their families by donating and reposting to raise awareness. #ZEROPeaksChallenge

This is a critical issue. My primary care physician told me from age 45-49 that screening was unnecessaryโ€ฆ despite me being a Black man with a family history of prostate cancer. Had I started annual screening at age 40, Iโ€™m confident I would have been diagnosed earlier and at a less advanced stage.

Oh, and you can sign up, too, if you're interested. You don't need to be a survivor; all you need is a connection to prostate cancer and a desire to help our community.

ZERO Prostate Cancer is giving 25 individuals an opportunity of a lifetime: walking to the "Roof of Africa" and raising money to support prostate cancer awareness and survivorship programs along the way.

What do you think: Should I accept the challenge and start training for a climb to 19,341 ft??

Prostate Cancer Peaks Challenge | ZERO Prostate Cancer

I've always been motivated by a challenge. Prostate cancer has certainly been a big one, and it's changed my life trajectory in ways that I didn't expect. For 2025, I'm considering a new goal: Summiting Mt. Kilimanjaro.

4/4 There is an urgent need to educate primary care physicians on the need to screen high-risk individuals much earlier than current USPSTF guidelines suggest.

Had I not received that colonoscopy, itโ€™s likely I would have likely developed bone mets before my cancer was discovered.

3/4 My biopsy returned 13/17 cores positive, with several cores of Gleason 9(5+4), intraductal carcinoma, and perineural invasion. Imaging also identified pelvic lymph node invasion. My treatment included robot-assisted radical prostatectomy, 39 sessions of IMRT, and 2 years of ADT + ARSI therapy.

2/4 From age 45 to age 49, I asked my primary care physician every year about PSA screening and was told - every year - that I was too young and it was unnecessary.

A routine colonoscopy at age 49 revealed an enlarged prostate, and follow-on PSA screening resulted in a reading of 225.500 ng/mL.

1/4 ๐Ÿ’ฏ As a Black manโ€ฆ and a military veteranโ€ฆ with a family history of prostate cancer, I can confirm that โ€œPhysician recommendation [is] the strongest predictor of receipt of PSA testing, regardless of sociodemographic grouping.โ€ I was definitely a high risk individual, and this was ignored.
