It sometimes can't be controlled with feature creep, I assume a lot of game devs, have the same problems with it. I could be wrong, so take what I say with a grain of salt.

Great question! For me, I prefer a detailed outline of the GDD (game design doc) but also has a bit of freedom so I can see where it goes. This actually a recent thing I started doing since I figured if too strict then I would get bored easily. However, sometimes feature creep just happens.

Do you ever get super annoyed when Feature Creep floods in? And it cause such problems in the game you are creating? #gamedev
