I've been playing a ton of WuWa, taking a break to farm GI so I can get my tartaglia 😍 but also Arknights + Limbus company are AMAZING (i cant pick one sorry) the storys are so good im hooked ive already cried its amazing

I ended up extending my “day off” to a week off of streaming to de-stress and get myself back on track - been having a ton of fun playing wild lands and far cry with my friend!! also been playing some monster hunter with @rhorrn.bsky.social and I’m nearly caught up on wuwa story quests :D

That's amazing! If you like to have a number to keep track of, you may prefer to take measurements instead (or in conjunction too) the scales, sometimes my scales have hardly moved but I've still lost an inch! <3

It sounds like you're probably losing fat and gaining muscle! The number on the scale can be a good indicator, but honestly focus more on how you feel in yourself, your clothes and your energy levels etc :)
