My husband started reading to me before bed and I am the happiest I've ever been with him Appreciation After 13 years of marriage, I am the happiest I've ever been with my husband. We got married very young, and have 2 boys under 3 years old. I am finally out of my postpartum haze. Feeling like myself again! My husband has always been so supportive and helpful as dad/husband and we have gotten a lot closer after having kids. Recently, he started reading to me before bed. I asked him about the book he was reading and he asked if I wanted him to read it to me. It has been one of the most intimate and special things he has done for me. I look forward to this every night now and have already picked out the next book. I don't want this feeling to ever end.
