I painted this loving pair from a photo with kind permission from the photographer, Ernesto Orellana. I now have another commission to paint two wood pigeons in different pose. If any of the brilliant photographers I follow have a photo of a Woody I could use, ideally two, I'd really appreciate it 😊

Ooh, my fingernails are painted a similar colour at the moment. I’d take a photo but they are chipped and I’ve painted over the chipped bits. 🤦🏻‍♀️Is this an Essie polish? It looks great.

Hopefully the sting and hurt of receiving her message will fade soon. I’m so sorry it has made you feel rotten. Perhaps realising the hurt that can be caused by falsely suggesting plagiarism will alter how the tutor delivers feedback to others in future.

So very sorry to read this. If the tutor were to apologise and give you a little time to begin feeling comfortable again, would you consider going back to class? Everything V has said is true. It would be such a shame to step back from the classes when you’ve put so much time and energy into it.

*whispers* For a very long time I thought this 🫡 was half of a face with hair in bunches. I was so confused! The teenager corrected me and I have never felt so old and out of touch.
