Not to say all of Animal Control is bad, I like Joel McHale in it and I think it has potential to be great like Community, this is just my opinion.
Except that Animal Control completely misses the emotional depth of Jeff Winger's character because of its sloppy writing in the first season and the second season that barely picks up the pace, meaning the slow burn of meeting his dad happens within the first 6 episodes, among other things.
I totally agree with that, showing up to pour water over Abed's head is not enough for me! Poor Pavel must be wicked cold out there without his blankets. Mad sleepy... 😔
