What is gonna be your response when the US does this exact same thing to Greenland, I wonder.

This book was devastating, but if you can read a book about the horrors of war, you should read it. #Syria #AlsLongAsTheLemonTreesGrow
(I couldn't avoid picturing Gaza as well when reading it)
I was in the mood for a stupid romcom, but wow, the one I ended watching was TOO stupid 🤦♀️
Fa 30 anys sí que no s'hi podia passejar, fotia por.
Los cogí específicamente porque eran los recomendados para conciertos 🥲
Cuáles son? Yo estoy encantadísima con los Dream pero nada convencida con los Experience 2 Plus.
😯
The thing with anime is that it has every genre, so it will depend on what you like. Romance, adventures, dystopias, sport animes... I would suggest starting with something that looks interesting to you. If you like kdramas then maybe Fruits Basket, it's a classic and it's all about the characters.
That's actually where I watched Glass Heart 😂
Yes, used it through the years and change of domains 😂 Adblock is definitely a must.
The music aspect was my favourite thing and I am even listening to the songs after watching, so it's a win for me. And of course the eye candy was great 😌
I do want to watch MMH as well and I would definitely watch more jdrama if I didn't have to stream it from dubious websites.
Same, my last jdrama was about 5 years ago (I usually watch anime when it's from Japan) and I do watch some kdramas, but I'm influenced by western series the most.
I still enjoyed the series, but disliking the FL, who is there most of the time, is not ideal 😂
In that sense it really showed it was a Japanese show. I think (or would like to think) that today a western show wouldn't have women representation like this.
Apparently it's an adaptation of a Japanese book(s?) and the last one came out in 2011, so... not the most modern view on women.
The second heat wave of the summer is starting and I'm NOT ready for it. October can't come soon enough 😭
Yes, drummers are powerful and usually look serious playing.
I liked the FL on the first episode, it looked like it could be an interesting story about a female drummer in a Japanese rock band... but then she became just... a girl in love who was there uniquely to help the ML. Annoying.
In the end, the best of this series for me (besides the actors) was the music. I am playing Tenblank on spotify since I ended #Glassheart and really enjoying the songs.
SPOILERS
Episodes 2-4 were boring. I loved episode 1 but then there was no plot. I did enjoy episodes 5&6 (because of the brothers subplot) and 8&9 (because of Naoki and Sho's subplot). And then the finale was a concert, so I liked that because of the music.
I found the main love story very annoying, probably because there was zero chemistry between them.
I would have rather had a show uniquely about brotherhood and found family.
SPOILERS - Then we had a main character... I usually like the genius type but he was... too much. Also the whole dying thing... cheap.
I ended up liking Sho and Kasuzhi much more then the other two. Both characters were interesting.
So ok, after a few days here's my opinion on #GlassHeart. I was missing a plot. We have a main character who is a WOMAN playing drums in a Japanese band. We could have had a powerful story there but she faded after the first episode to become just a girl in love with the main character. Boring.
Meet Tomoya from One Ok Rock. And yes, I've seen him live and he's really like this playing. (If you check his IG you will see how happy he is on and off stage.)
I do agree with what you say about the FL though 😂
#GlassHeartFinale I could say many things about the last episode BUT they closed the concert with the song Naoki wrote for Sho 😌and that's what matters the most 💖
#GlassHeartEP9 I'm sorry but after such a dramatic moment of soulmates declaring their love to each other, you can't continue the episode with the love story of the main characters 🙄 (who btw have zero chemistry).
#GlassHeartEP9 The car scene? First Sho alone and then with Naoki?
'Play guitar besides me the rest of my life'
'What is this, a proposal?'
