Something I've been experimenting with. When I am "well", in lieu of any meaningful MH services in this country, most of my time is spent trying to build resources to survive the next suicidal phase. As I know I'll be doing it alone.

This could be a letter to America and to us elsewhere on ‘post-truth’ political discourse today.
