4/4 I’m aware that my current dilemma is me taking things personally to a fault, seeking external validation, no self confidence, not trusting myself; and it just feels like it’s getting worse.
Just feeling a bit hopeless right now.
3/4 It was in that moment I knew I wasn’t going to be seeing her again.
I’m so tired of trying to get mental help and either we don’t line up, or I just feel to difficult to work with.
2/4 But the more I tried talking about family trauma and how 99% of my immediate family are Tru!p3rs, it just felt like we kept hitting a wall. When I tried to say it isn’t just politics, it’s about morals, she actually disagreed with me.
1/4 Rant:
*Preface: I’m safe and do not plan to hurt myself or others
My psych appt on Sunday ended up being my last. I’ve been diagnosed with a form of PTSD and am on the autism spectrum. Thankful I got those diagnoses, at least.
You’re never ending support as I update my work means so much to me 🫶
