I've never understood the 'can only write one sex/gender' crowd. Of course, gender is not a thing I experience as anything other than outside perception/pressure, so it doesn't really stand apart from any other circumstance/influence in a character's life to me.

Ugh, I know. Folks got all the 'you should be doing X' energy, but none of the rebalancing the world so all the things are more manageable/accessible to do initiative.

I'm sorry that it be like that. For now I guess teaching is a way for you to experience caring for/guiding children without needing to be able to afford one of your own? I wish everything weren't so expensive so we could all just have the things we need/want.

It's sounding an awful lot like the student would be responsible for making sure they engage in a way where they actually learn, as it would probably be easy to... mostly learn how to use AI instead of the intended subject area. Sigh. What type of degree were you aiming for?

The first stages all look nice. I am often disappointed by starter evolutions though so I'll be waiting until we have the evolutions to look at before I emotionally invest in any of them.

I feel like I was pretty chill and vanilla as a preschooler, apart from maybe a hint of Nightmare Before Christmas... but then again I probably was watching the Beetlejuice cartoon shortly thereafter, a little further down the line Courage the Cowardly Dog was my jam.

ngl I can't remember this Barney murdering one you speak of... but I probably have a few variations of 'jingle bells, batman smells' etc etc kicking around in my head. Nonetheless, the picture you paint of your class is amusing.

Idk, and I can't really afford to volunteer at organizations that do this because I need to spend that time working to survive myself... but I'd be glad to do this job if I could meet my needs while also helping the recipients meet theirs.
