The markings on MC’s arms, face, and body, are a kind of scarring given to him during specific traumatic events in his past. They are also directly associated with the innate abilities of the MC.

As the player progresses to later stages in the story, new items and abilities will change the way the player interacts with the Open Globe. This sketch is of #Merchanted ‘s MC after obtaining a Legendary Pair of Winged Sandals!

A giant clock on an Eiffel Tower and floating lanterns surrounding it

Underneath the tower is a giant glass platform that shows the giant flower-powered turbine that’s allowing the entire island to float in the air.

From on top of the glass platform underneath the tower looking in the other direction towards the entrance we see a gate allowing airships of all kinds to its port. Not visiting by plane? Well that’s fine since the main entrance gate also doubles as a nether portal connected to the hub. Once entering the gate you’re given an eyeful of axolotl swimming in the fountain.
