I’m convinced the creator of ‘ascendance of a bookworm’ has never had a truly good parent-child relationship cause holy moly, the amount of gaslighting and toxic reasoning throughout this story is driving me crazy.

I’m losing interest in ‘The Unaware Atelier Meister’ which is sad cause the premise looked interesting but it’s almost pedophilic in the harem they’re trying to build (MC is like 15 at most. Harem is anywhere between 14-30),the animation is a bit lazy, the main cast is annoying and the plot is weak.

The older I get, the more irritated I am by harem “romance” in anime/manga, especially if it’s completely unnecessary. Even more so when the main character is a teenager and all of their love interests are grown ass adults and/or in the worst case, their sibling. Shoot me in the face.
