Look, for my money the absolute game changer technologies right now are batteries and biosciences, not statistically modeling a mid conversation, but you do you.

Of all the football related activities I could have undertaken today, this was clealry the most rewarding.
AFC Toronto event for season ticket holders today. It was neat. Got to see the team get their rings for winning the league last year. Entire team meet & greet, so I have a shirt signed by the entire team. That's cool! Their newest signing, Fontana, is a gooner. Which is also cool.
There is an AFC Toronto season ticket holder event today, so I'm off to that. I'll be checking the score on my phone from time to time. I can't tell if this is more or less stressful than watching the game in real time.
COYG.
I rarely get to watch much Bundesliga, but I always check the scores for Union Berlin, and catch a few games a season. Time to watch them make history today.
He is the Sideshow Bob of Canadian politics, always stepping on rakes that he, himself, left lying around.
As a political scientist, I've always going Ford to be fascinating. At times he seems like he wants to be a genuine centrist populist and gain support from non traditional conservative voters. But then he does something comically terrible and washes away a bunch of his support.
I do not want to create an account or open a subscription I just want to buy a thing and never hear from you again why is this so hard.
Happy Caturday from the sleepy bros.
Hey UK sports folks. @mikerisley.bsky.social and I, noted eaters of plants, were wondering if veg(etari)an pies are a thing at stadiums?
We are also North American and think savory pies should be a thing at sports here.
Through to the semi finals is great. Not scoring on the eve if City is less than ideal.
A nice relaxing evening of football.
My degree of moronic panic is such that I just thought "we really need a goal in Europe where's Stina?"
LOL
Put my Trossard shirt on for the day at the gym, and a man with a thick European accent just patted me on the back, gave me a big thumbs up and said "good, good, Arsenal, good, Arsenal" before going to the shower.
I take this as a portent that Arsenal will be good today.
Stephen Harper finally has his majority government.
I really, really like it. Like a lot. I wish I could find vanilla zero, but, alas. It's basically my go-to pop right now.
I just watched a video of Katie Porter saying farm workers getting overtime pay is a regulation that “doesn’t make sense”
Except farm workers, right? You scab piece of shit.
Without knowing precisely what the rest of the season will bring us, would you say it is time for Arsenal fans to crack each other's heads open and feast on the goo inside?

Just remember, declare at every possible opportunity that City won the weakest Premier League in ages, if not ever. If we're going to lose the league, at least we can be petty and miserable pricks about it for ever.
FC Bottlers.
Maybe the true Premier League title are the friends we made along the way
Well, this is less than ideal.
It's Ben White time! COYG!
I've been half following the AFL this season, and attached myself to Brisbane (before I knew they were good!). I am digging the game, and hope to watch more once marking subsides. I would suggest that an AFL game would also be a blast, if you can.
Yeah, but you can start following Aussie Rules! Footie!
I used it for custom fan boards for some games. They were good quality and affordable. I've done some very casual poking around, and there's very few comparable services that are affordable.
Just sucks all around. On the plus side, we got not so creeping fascism.
Print & Play, a company that did custom board game printing in the US closed two weeks ago, largely because of the tarrif economy. I was a very casual user. I can only imagine the setbacks for indie game designers that used it for prototypes.
