it's been my observation that the entire administration is filled with amateurs thinking they are professionals or they know better than professionals.

as for strategy, i don't think they've discussed it more than bomb everything.

They run government like a reality TV show as if it's entertainment without consequence, so of course they'll lift a quote from a movie.
