I think it's useful to think of MAGA political culture as a long running, decentralized reality TV show from which hundreds of "influencers" are profiting by generating new story lines. We're now in season 11 and the shark jumping and brain-breaking plot twists are coming at an accelerating pace.

So when "conservatives" say that universities need to have more "viewpoint diversity" that take the worldviews of people like Ali Alexander seriously, what does that mean in terms of leading class discussions. "Today class we will be debating whether Trump was chosen by Christ or is the Antichrist."

Eventually the MAGA content creators wandered up to a soccer practice, so they decided to do some racist taunting of the largely brown-skinned team. Brian Veach held up a sign, "My DEI: Deport Every Illegal".

The soccer coaches quickly got their team off the field.
