You can dress it up in flowery language and say it's for everyone, but you're excluding everyone who doesn't follow your contradictory rules, which is most people, including yourself, which dictates that most people are to be killed save for a lucky few who get away with atrocities. So, I'm not sure what to tell you other than you should read that book more carefully.
