RTO being layoffs in disguise makes perfect sense for where the world is today

When you care about people, you care about the ergonomics of the experience. Maybe it's time to admit this stuff doesn't fit well and it might even be hurting us.

Re-reading this post from @adamhjk.me www.systeminit.com/blog-second-... after a particularly annoying time recently, fighting terraform, the Azure graph api and some gitlab pipelines. Great tools, working hard, but combined bring a bad user experience.
