It is really hard, any it’s just exhausting sometimes having to juggle everything , sometimes digging that hole in Minecraft or in my case flare in my Pokopia world is what you need to reset. I really get how you feel tho plum I am also with you 🩷
I fully get how you feel, it’s so hard being a full time adult when you have dreams but plum if you don’t look after you we don’t get any amazing plum art or joyful streams. You always come first and you can only do ur best 🩷🩷

you can also get something called (new tank symptoms) where the nitrite and nitrate will need to filter around to get rid of the ammonia in side the tank to balance all of the chemicals added to make sure the water is nice and ready for any life …
So your new system is in its cycle phase atm this is where it needs to settle this can take a few days you have added a lot of new things to the water so the best thing to do is just leave it and let it do its thing
It’s okay breath ahah, so in regards to the driftwood it could be that there is a small pocket of air in it somewhere it happed a lot to me so have a little look see if you can find anything and if you can you just need to make a small hole to allow the water to fill it.
As a former fish tank owner just leave it let it settle did you get a filter ? If you want you can dm/vc me and I can give you my knowledge of 4 years in the industry
