A large user problem is attempting to use AI like a bandsaw instead of a scapel. I wouldn't trust AI to give me a good recipe for a sandwich so why trust it with more than a function at a time MAX.

This is why I only personally use it for small snippets, using it as a scalpel instead of a bandsaw. The only way companies will understand that this is the approach they should be taking rather than replacing workers is through trying the bandsaw and losing a limb.
While you've got a long and fanciful explanation it's inaccurate. The real problem is delegation overflow, it's been tackled in science fiction many times before, and you're witnessing it in real time. As people become accustomed to this tool they lose focus on being thorough in code checks.
