I'll provide the unedited clip here because in Niftski's published video, sullyrox's comments were trimmed down because LeKukie thought parts of it were redundant.

Narrative 1: Niftski's success with input swapping was the main reason behind their opposition to it.

Narrative 2: Watching Niftski use the trick made them have some questions surrounding if the discussion was rushed and questioning if it was an acceptable way to play.

A lot of what's happened has really makes me realise the power of presenting a narrative when supplying evidence for a case. I have found the same piece of evidence (the leaked voice call with averge, Amber and sully) presented with two different narratives.

I think anger being the emotional drive does not automatically mean the intent was malicious like they suggest. If I had suspected malice in the first place, I would have explicitly stated that in the original post. I do not gain anything from being intentionally vague about situations like these.

I am going to clarify something as the document I feel misrepresented my post.

I don't believe averge posted their doc with malice.

I think it was rushed, emotionally charged and reactionary after Niftski and co threw accusations of misconduct towards them in the main SMB1/2J discord server.

Last night I watched DaThings' YTP "Speedfolded" and I truly think the idea of the speedrunner Bubzia having an opposite counterpart named AntiBubzia who cancels out all of Bubzia's speedruns by simultaneously performing the same speedruns backwards is the funniest joke I've ever seen in a YTP.

Honestly. I'm genuinely kinda annoyed at how this was handled by making it a YouTube upload rather than just a Google Document, and it's very much spoiled and ruined the moment for what should be one of the biggest accomplishments in the games history.

Yeah Niftski dropped a document regarding misconduct from averge11 and how the initial mod team discussion was allegedly brought up in bad faith, an internal investigation by myself was already ongoing into that so trying to gather thoughts and come to a reasonable conclusion

Gathering my thoughts regarding the evidence published by Niftski and crew, and it's only 2AM...

Mod team is gonna get a lot of shit, the reputation will very much be on the line and we're gonna have a LOT of observers come in and watch the fallout.
