I feel that. It'll probably be a bit awkward at first but hopefully you and your therapist vibe together a bit as time goes on and it gets a little easier.

Healing takes time and it is frustrating but it will happen. Do what you need to be better and I hope therapy goes well (it did wonders for me to help heal from quite a bit of trauma).
