His name is Dr. Stanley Love, former astronaut veteran of two Shuttle missions. I was part of a group that hosted a Science Fiction convention in Dallas and he came up from Houston a few times to give talks. He wore his NASA jumpsuit around the con, and folks complimented his cosplay :)
