I have officially lost 60 kg since Jan 2022! I'm so proud to have finally made it to this point in my journey!
I had previously lost 40 to beatsaber but had a health scare that prevented me from working out, and gained nearly 20 back from depression.

I've been walking at least 10km every day for a week straight now, and I've been loving it!
Hiking along the Vancouver seawall has been restorative, no matter the time of day, although it's especially pretty late at night, with no one around.
