4/20 | cardio
got 45 minutes of cardio in on incline treadmill. good way to restart my journey at the gym on my birthday. didn't really get winded much, but did my best to keep things around zone 2 for heartrate!
tomorrow? we actually lift
getting back on the fitness logging starting monday. i've been going to the gym here and there, but due to some travel and some other stuff i haven't been going consistently. please look forward to it!

a couple of notes
1.) art direction and soundtrack were the hardest to choose
2.) best protagonist is geralt (translated so well from books, lot of other characters pop in his interactions)
3.) best antagonist is emet-selch (very compelling version of "cool motive, still murder")

might be my favorite episode of the season, up there with episode 4 (perfect prep) and episodes 8-9 (higuruma arc).
absolutely adored S3; the culling game was always going to be a weird thing to adapt (pacing especially) but mappa crushed it/enhanced the source material

progress on incline bench press! progress on literally everything! i think part of it is i'm just eating better, and timing that to be pre-and-post workout in a more effective manner. also got a really nice 45 minute walk in at the zoo today!

so... there's legit no parking at the gym. not on the street, not in the parking lot, it's just totally packed down there LOL.
i'm taking this as a sign from the universe to maybe just go on a walk and do a little cardio instead!
