I uh--so far I've saved Daddy--er the Druid. I need to focus on the plot more. I keep getting distracted by opening every crate and finding all the secret things.
Doing the same! My great-grandmother taught me to use a machine when I was a kid, but trying to pick it back up so I can make/alter clothes now.
I’ve spent the whole of my adult life teach people to use tech in some capacity or another and watching your average person use a system when left to their own devices is a delight to be hold, and usually never the way the dev team intended.
It’s so good though. Like the perfect balance between complete open world like WoW and hard rails. I think I’m 13 hours of play time in and I don’t know that I’m out of the first act yet. Gotta poke at everything, talk to everyone, and find hidden loots.
I’m a little behind on @criticalrole.bsky.social’s Candela Obscura. Finished up the final ep of Vassel & Veil while working this afternoon. Holy cow. Laura Bailey coming in clutch. I really thought that ep was going to end very differently.
I can’t wait for them to finalize the Mac client so I have all the options.
More than that I’m a button pusher. I killed almost the whole party again when I accidentally set off a fire trap. I’m probably going to become a beholder because I keep getting distracted.

I’m not even past the tutorial level of Baldur’s Gate and I TPKed by shooting something that blew up. So well done. I am good at this game.
