Feels like the statute of limitations is up by now. I say you’re in the clear to spoil

Ooh. I’ve been watching this too. But I’ve also seen it all the way through 3 times before lol
Yup!
My dentist does a gum test every year. 1-3 is healthy. 4-6 is the danger zone. I had some spots of 4 so we did some fancy cleaning and during that they took a saliva sample to see if bacteria was causing some of the concerning areas.
We have received your results from the Saliva Test we collected (which is attached to this message). Please take some time to review the report. To summarize: you have 7 of the 11 bacteria types that are known to cause gum disease and can increase your risk for other diseases. You also have a gene marker that puts you at a moderate risk for inflammatory conditions such as gum disease, heart disease, arthritis, diabetes, and some cancers. The gene marker will remain the same as it is a part of your genetics, but we can reduce the higher risk bacteria. The scaling and root planing treatment reduces some of the bacteria, but the test results are recommending a course of antibiotics, to reduce the higher risk bacteria further.
This is a wild test result from… the dentist.
Not great info for a hypochondriac with anxiety.
Overrated: Enemies to Lovers - I love this trope but often think it isn’t done well.
Special mention: age gap (just no) and second chances (most of the time there was a good reason to end it.)
Underrated: Roommates. Faking dating gets a lot of love and this one feels overlooked.
Fair enough. Well, when you do get to it you better yell at me about it 😂

In an effort to reduce stress on weeknights, I am trying to meal prep more on weekends.
Here is Sundays thread on what I’ve made:
She’s 90 and I guess she can do what she likes.
But my kids are going to have to miss school (I’m the only one with a kid in school) and drop money I didn’t have to see someone I see weekly.
I guess I just wish someone would consider me and the impact it has on my life when planning things.
No one else lives here but my family. So the day to day falls on us.
I will be the one to get the call when she passes. Just like I got the call for my grandpa 18 months ago.
But this time she won’t be here so it will all fall on me.
Her kids will come 2-3 days later once everything is done
Just dropped 2k on plane tickets for a 48 hour trip.
And yes, it is my grandmothers 90th birthday so it still feels worth it. (I think?)
But my grandma lives 15 minutes from me. Why did she have her party across the country?
I carry all the mental and emotional load of caring for her
America: we are going to kick out every non-white person. We don’t even care if you are here legally or not. And if you’re white but have an accent, you’re gone too.
Also America: we are going to bomb the other countries because they need us to save them from leaders we don’t like.
Dear members of congress,
Stop posting about how this war is illegal. We all know. We had to take a government class in school too.
Please remember that it is your job to actually do something about it.
Thanks
Many of y’all asked how you can support and donate to our female athletes and the celebrations,,, so I created a Go Fund Me. I’m hopeful this can have an impact beyond the weekend and help those that represent the best of the US

I always find it funny when republicans talk about cost of living in blue states.
Houses are only worth what someone is willing to pay for them.
Cost of living is higher in blue states because people actually want to live there.

I’ve been a shell of myself the last month. Living in Minnesota and the weight of everything happening has been too much.
I took Mon-Wed off work to get myself back on track. I hope to resume my resolution of doing something for myself everyday in March.
For now, here’s some goals for this week
jeez, Minnesota, leave some legendary behavior for the rest of us
I live 40 minutes outside Minneapolis.
Our elementary school now has a video doorbell for the after school program pick up.
You know. So the government doesn’t kidnap children.
Day 27
Today I cried. One of those bone deep, can’t breathe, hands shaking cries.
Don’t let anyone tell you that crying isn’t self care.
Nothing like having a complete breakdown in the middle of the day.
I knew this day would eventually come with my family but I just feel so alone
Day 26:
Finished my binge watch of Dawson’s Creek
Oh boy do I have thoughts as a first time watcher.
