she and taylor are the only villains who had any design at all, there's supposed to be a few more villains but i never got around to designing most of them

fun fact- there is a non fucked up fractal chan version

for the villain i wanted to make someone who's super over the top evil, but i kinda failed at that and just made a dude in a coat, once again, the inspiration was aizen from bleach, but he didn't turn out how i wanted him to be, this is not the final concept

the main idea behind ori was to make a protagonist the player can self insert as, ori is not silent by any means, but their personality would be dictated by the player's choice

the others on the project suggested i make them androgynous, so i tried, but they still ended up looking like a dude

there's a lot more stuff but its made by friends who worked on the project so i dont wanna post it without their permission

one of the villains, "the starving artist" who's level is more horror themed, she is an artist who's gone mad seeking validation from others and as such all her creations are soulless blobs that attack anything in sight
