Trivia: Peter Sagan’s breakfast was 400g of pasta reheated with 3-4 eggs, cheese & ham folded in, topped with olive oil supplied team mate Daniel Oss. Then a big bowl of porridge with peanut butter mixed in + banana on top, washed down with green tea. Never won Sanremo despite seeming ideal for it.
