Hi Diane, are you using any particular breed of chicken for your recipe?

Pardon my curiosity but as I’m on attempt 3 of my burgeoning La Bresse Gauloise backyard breeding plan and have yet to sample what the local foxes seem to find a delicacy - I’m starting to think shop bought might be easier!

Weird for the end of August in Ireland ! My goose just laid an egg (normally does this in March)

While I wondered if it was climate change or…. The fact that the fox made off with her goslings in June….. turns out embden’s just do that sometimes
