Piebald stag from the Illinois deer farm Samson's Whitetail Mountain. Sadly, already killed as a "trophy," but that outcome was inevitable on a deer breeding farm. One step above canned hunting, as far as I am concerned.

Of course they are. The creation of art is often an act of defiance. For those who seek control and unquestioning obedience, art is just another obstruction that must be either sanitized or crushed.

Happy birthday! Glad it was a good one.
I feel like I have to ask where you got the Viktor and Flik standees. They're so adorable!

Prevost squirrels and Indian giant squirrels for their beautiful colors.
Japanese flying squirrels for adorableness.
Douglas squirrels for their AHHH!! AHHH!! attitudes.
And I just in general dig unusual color morphs of the Eastern grey and fox squirrels.

Depending on location and expense, I would be interested. I used to keep Egyptian spinies... oh, about 20 years ago, haha. They were cute and fun to watch. I liked them more than other species I kept (zebras and Natals).

Just a thing to post so that I have a thing. It's been so long since I painted anything. Maybe I'll get back around to it. Some day.
