You want actionable data from your playtest...go in with a feature or system you intend to get feedback on, make public to testers all known bugs, accept all feedback and bugs thoughout, but ask for targeted feedback on the chosen feature or system.
The best is when you reuse assets from a past iteration of the game and you have to spend 20 minutes deciding if this asset is suppose to be here or not...but that never happens 🫠

I’ve been getting into and enjoying playing the Digimon Trading Card Game.
The game uses a pretty cool shared resource system between players, if you havent played it yet, check it out.

Not sure who said it but feels very true to me, I think its why many artist think the work is never completed.
Also this is awesome, love the shadows!
