Instant connection to Google Maps = huge advantage, in my opinion

Spent a lot of time there with my young kiddo - the playground at the back rules and we'd walk there to get steps in and sometimes see the horses 🐴 or pickup a drink at Starbucks ALSO + Underrated place to see the cherry blossoms 🌸
