Great to see this Alpine ice core data published, showing the potential of Mont Blanc glaciers for paleoclimate reconstruction! Kira says: "Dietmar, if you can see this from above the clouds - you were right about the Glacial ice (even though I could only speculate about this in my diploma thesis)."

Jean-Philippe Baudouin and PalMod co-authors published a new paper in #Climate of the Past! 🎉 Their paper highlights critical limitations in current temperature reconstructions due to proxy data properties and suggests strategies to enhance #paleoclimate reconstructions.
