Nice going, man! I've been working on my flexibility. Taking the Atomic Habits advice of tying it to a trigger activity that I do anyway, I've been stretching my hamstrings daily for a few weeks. Could barely reach my shins before, now I'm touching fists (and occasionally palms) to the floor.
