Beautiful
And I prefer to read it this way rather than at @theguardian.com because I can zoom here.
😱
OTOH, most PCs forgets the names of NPCs, maybe he think it is normal to forget names?
But that surely were part of the threat assessment, right? #cybersecurity
Either he has learnt how to grow mushrooms to sustain himself and built a sustainable community with the monsters in that corridor, or he has starved to death and become one of the undead fighting off the rest of us. Maybe should pay a visit and talk memories? Hope he ain’t bitter…
Intressant sammanfattning i förhandsvisningen: Läste häromdagen att Radev var tidigare president men avgick för att kunna ställa upp i valet. Han är en av orsakerna till att det finns oligarker och korruption. Vill han ha större del av kakan?
Terse code to show off or being lazy is nothing but stupid, unless it is written to be very efficient – but that require deep understanding of the tool chain (e.g. how the compiler optimises), and well-written documentation.
Which surprises no one that played #Shadowrun – #ttrpg are good for your imagination.
Now comes the tricky part: to convince the CFO that investing in #cybersecurity is a good thing because we learnt that in a game…
I'll wait to watch your full video until it shows up on my TikTok feed, but yes, it is obvious to everyone outside of USA that you actively is destroying your power. It is not about weakness or being divided, it is about concentrated actions. We have seen it for months, do your fellow citizens?
I hope it was ”A dark star to steer by” you was editing… It was a notice about it that made me follow you, all to keep an eye on the publication. ☺️
(And I just saw the note about the progress.)
The funny thing is that bug reports and discussions aren’t that high quality as many think. There is a lot said between the lines and the reader is expected to know what was said in some meeting six weeks ago. Auto-triage of bug reports has been tried for decades, and I’ve never heard of any success
Den funkar inte på svenska men gillar namnet autocarrot på funktionen.
being a programmer is exactly like being a wizard of earthsea in that you spend an inordinate amount of your time trying to find the right fucking name to refer to something
Many years ago people posted walls of text on forum, no grammar, no punctuation, no spellcheck, the resentment was that ”if you didn’t bother with checking your spelling, why should we bother with reading it?” I think it is time to resurrect that sentiment.
En kan verkligen höra lättnades suck i Bryssel! ☺️ Men framtiden känns ljusare nu…
Det var inte -32768 i alla fall…
They better not run out of biscuits, or they might do something annoyingly silly, like telling Hegseth what they think of him in a way he understands. Tea and biscuits, together with a healthy dose of elaborate irony, should keep most Brits content for quite a while, and the rest of us entertained.
Thanks for the clarification, then we don’t need to worry in case you ”go dark”.
It actually makes me furious, #cybersecurity always talks about being vigilant – and then they outright makes it difficult for the user to verify the authenticity of a message. I’ve seen solutions that even makes it easier for the criminal, how can they retain their jobs?!
Large protests for five hundred days in a row is enormous! The resilience is unfathomable!
@marikamikiashvili.bsky.social please make sure they know, they are seen. Our king Vasa 🇸🇪 declared Russia our ”hereditary enemy” in the 16th century, and they have been ever since.
I cannot stress this enough; large protests for five hundred days in a row enormous! The resilience is unfathomable!

The list of problems with a democratic system is long indeed, it can barely hold up itself, but the important thing to remember is: there is no better system. Millennia of human statehoods and philosophy haven't invented a system that is objectively better.
Political systems are all based on humans and their integrity, if a police, clerk, or judge comply with an obviously criminal order from a leader, then there is nothing stopping a coup. It is when someone says "no" that a system works, and it boils down to their integrity, competence and will.
And that would be worse than Epstein, which has not brought him down?
I was made aware about the wood when photos of it wrapped in mist passed my feed some years ago, with the comment that this was from Mirkwood.
