Super firm tofu. Tear roughly into size you want. Toss in 2 tbsp nutritional yeast, 1 tbsp soy sauce per pound of tofu. Airfry/bake for 25-30 minutes at 425 for a good, simple base. Add whatever other spices you want too. Eat as is or use in a stir fry.
