Which would be a breach of their duty to the court

Since the matter before the tribunal is about whether a trans identifying man should be sharing the women’s changing room, to not allow the complainant to address the trans identifying man as ‘he’ would stop them making their case. The individual doesn’t have a GRC and clearly ‘is’ a man.

A tweet from "Republicans against Trump" quotes GOP Rep. Don Bacon criticizing the handling of classified information on an unclassified device. Below, a CNN screenshot shows a reporter in a dark suit interviewing Rep. Don Bacon, who is wearing a suit with a blue tie, in a hallway. The CNN chyron reads, "TODAY: TRUMP INTEL OFFICIALS APPEAR BEFORE SENATE COMMITTEE" with a subheading identifying Rep. Bacon as a Republican from Nebraska. The setting is indoors with beige walls and overhead lighting.

We need more Republicans to speak out.

The real issue is the lack of hands-on support for the unemployed to get back into the work force; eg they are just told to ‘apply for lots of jobs’ - but no help given with producing a decent CV, or on how to tailor an application for the actual role being recruited for

I detest the orange wonder and everything he stands for - but we should not be calling for any threat to his health or his life; we are better than that

Serious question - why are we not hearing from her now? Here in the Uk the loser in a general election starts attacking the new government pretty much immediately

Ah yes, that famous protection of free speech we’ve been hearing so much about.

So are we all up for asking the King to cancel the invitation? And if the visit happens anyway, for having the biggest anti-Trump rally?

I’ve always assumed that throughout history it was only high status/high wealth mum’s who didn’t have to work and could ‘stay home’ all day - everyone else was working on the farm or whatever

Screenshot from James Madison's journal of the Constitutional Convention in which Madison attributes Elbridge Gerry saying, "The evils we experience flow from the excess of democracy. The people do not want virtue, but are the dupes of pretended patriots. In [Massachusetts] it had been fully confirmed by experience that they are daily misled into the most baneful measures and opinions by the false reports circulated by designing men, and which no one on the spot can refute. One principal evil arises from the want of due provision for those employed in the administration of [Government]. It would seem to be a maxim of democracy to starve the public servants." Madison then writes that "[Gerry] mentioned the popular clamour in [Massachusetts] for the reduction of salaries and the attack made on that of the [Governor] though secured by the spirit of the Constitution itself. [Gerry] had he said been too republican heretofore: he was still however republican, but had been taught by experience the danger of the levelling spirit."

I think about these comments from the Constitutional Convention a lot these days.

Like, A LOT A LOT. An unhealthy amount of lot.
